The dual trap of the Green Ray and the Liber Virga had been skillfully laid by Marie Negre - now, she had another surprise in store, one worthy of the god of tricksters himself, the Arcadian-born Hermes.

The idea came to her in a very unusual manner, her memory jogged in an equally most unusual way. After the period of a fortnight, the cunning scheme had jelled in 22's active imagination, and she was certain that the latest bait would prove more than adequate incentive for Madeline to plan a trip to Rennes-le-Château.

Therefore, one week prior to the Ides of March, the Daughters of Maria Magdalena received a missive from their beloved leader that came in the form of a challenge - a test that was not lost on another recipient of the same email, Ms. Estella Themis.

"My, my," Maddie exclaimed as she viewed her Inbox that same fine morn, "looks as though I've been made Honorary Grand Mistress of yet another secret society - DOMM - whomever they are. Hmm...what's this say?"
